"Yan was called in at short notice to remove an existing sliding door and replace it with a new one. He arrived on time and completed the installation promptly and efficiently. Although the supplier failed to provide all the necessary parts, Yan fitted the door so it was functional at least and came back later to tidy it up. Even though it wasn't his responsibility for the delay, he was very apologetic. He took great care and pride with the installation and ensured that it was working as required.
